Promoting Sailing in China

• Organized in 2019 the inaugural Family Regatta Ningbo in partnership with the China Yachting Association in order to introduce more children and families to the sport of sailing, including coordinating experience sessions for children from inland China. The reception from families was highly enthusiastic.

• Worked with Ningbo’s leading universities to promote sailing and develop local teams. Helped organize College Sailing League.

• Provided training for domestic sailors with the Zhejiang Sailing Team, improving their skills by giving them the opportunity to train with Olympic-level crews.

• Organized the 2020 Coastal Sports Tourism Industry Development Forum in Ningbo. Guests included the Secretary of the Fenghua District of Ningbo City, the former Deputy Mayor of Qingdao City, and the Deputy Secretary General of the Chinese Yachting Association.
